Sterling, Virginia (CNN)Mohammad Azraf Ullah, 17 days old of Herndon, Virginia, has been observing the Muslim holy month of Ramadan since he was a new boy. Believed to purge the body and soul, the food and water fast from dusk until dawn for 30 years is percentage of the five tenants of Islam.
"Patience is one of the biggest things I've learned" said Ullah.

Despite decades of account in America, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts still endure narrow views of their efforts.
The girls are renowned for their cookie sales, the boys for their camping trips.
Carl Dufford thought he had left his coaching days behind.
After coaching both boys and girls basketball since 1978, in 2004 Dufford began concentrating on camp cooking and coaching on a voluntary basis. But Connie Allen had other plans.
The train of the Johnstown-Monroe High School girls basketball team asked Dufford if he was concerned in coaching at the center school in 2008.

Sound: A champion of mine recommended this album to me when I asked him for some good pop-rock I could hear to, you know, something in the same vein Bowling For Soup. I can frankly say I haven`t spoken to that friend for a month, and this only is the cause why.
